청소년 선교밴드 형제교회(Y.M.B.B) 회칙

제1장 총칙

제1조(명칭) 본 회의 명칭은 청소년 선교밴드 형제교회(Youth Mission Band of Brothrers)로 약칭(Y.M.B.B)라 칭한다.
제2조(목적) 본 회의 목적은 서남아시아 빈민지역 및 복음이 절실히 필요한 지역(네팔, 부탄, 인도, 미얀마 등을 한 Belt로 묶음)의 어린이와 청소년 사역을 위하여 현지인 중심의 선교를 후원한다.
제3조(본부) 본 회의 본부는 당분간 대길교회로 한다. 차후에 회의를 거쳐 장소를 변경할 수 도 있다.

제2장 회원

제4조(대상) 경향각처의 뜻을 같이하는 교회와 목회자 및 선교 헌신자들이 동참할 수 있다.
제5조(권리와 임무) 본 회 회원은 회칙이 정한 바 선거권. 피선거권, 발언권, 표결권을 가지며 정기회의와 임시회의 참석과 월 회비를 납부할 의무를 갖는다.

제3장 임원의 구성과 임무

제6조(구성) 본 회의 임원은 다음과 같다.
회장1명 부회장 1명 총무 1명 서기 1명 회계 1명
제7조(임무) 본 회의 임무는 다음과 같다.
회 장: 본 회를 대표하며 회무를 총괄하고 회의의 의장이 된다.
부회장: 회장을 보좌하여 회장 유고시 그 직을 대행한다.
총 무: 본 회 제반사역 및 회원 연락 등을 유기적으로 총괄한다.
서 기: 제반서류 및 사무를 관장한다.
회 계: 금전출납 및 회비의 모든 업무를 관장한다.

제4장 선거와 임기

제8조(선거) 선거는 임원진의 추대와 회원들의 합의로 선출한다.
제9조(임기) 임원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.

제5장 회의

제10조(회의) 본 회는 정기회의와 필요한 경우 임시회의로 모인다. 임원회의는 회장의 요청으로 필요한 때에 소집한다.
제11조(정기총회) 정기총회는 격년으로 10월 둘째 주 목요일에 모인다.

제6장 재정

제12조(제정) 본 회의 재정은 선교를 목적함으로 월1 구좌 미화 100$(현지사역자월 생활비)을 납부한다. 재정이 확보 될 때까지 대길교회는 월 1,000$을 후원기금으로 지원한다.
제13조(특별재정) 특별한 경우(선교사 파송, 선교지 교회설립, 학교설립 등) 특별헌금과 찬조금으로 통해 재원을 충당할 수 있다.
제14조(재정지출) 재정지출은 임원진의 승인으로 지출하며 재정보고는 년 1회로 한다.

제7장 봉사

제15조(봉사) 본 회의 회원은 년 1회이상 후원 선교지를 돌아보며, 방문 시 강의 및 사역자 세미나를 인도한다. 선교담당 간사를 두어 방조케 한다.

제8장 부칙

제16조(회칙수정) 본 회 회칙 수정은 정기회의 시 출석 회원 2/3이상의 찬성으로 수정할 수 있다.
제17조 본 회 회칙에 미비한 사항은 통상규약에 준한다.
제18조 본 회 회칙은 통과 즉시 효력을 발생한다.

CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS OF YMBB

CHAPTER 1 GENERAL RULES

Article 1 (Name)
The name of this organization shall be called as "Youth Mission Band of Brothers"(YMBB)
Aricle 2 (Purpose)
The Purpose of YMBB is to support the native missionaries in Asia, which will help them to preach the gospel to children and youths who are experiencing poverty and living in the Asia, including Nepal, Bhutan, India and Myanmar.
Article 3 (office)
The head office of YMBB will be at Daegil presbyterian Church for the time being, which may change Through the further discussions.

CHAPTER 2 MEMBERSHIP

Article 4 (Members)
Anyone who is interested to join YMBB Mission including Churches, Pastors, Missionaries and lay person is welcome.
Article 5 (Right and Duties)
Every member has right to vote, right to elect and right to speak. Ever member should attend the regular and special meeting. They Should pay the monthly membership fee.

CHAPTER 3 OFFICERS AND DUTIES

Article 6 (Officers)
Officers of the association shall be organized as follows:
1. President
2. Vice-President
3. Director
4. Secretary
5. Treasurer
Articles 7 (Duties of Officers)
1. The duty of president is to preside over all meetings of the YMBB.
2. The duty of vice-President is to assume the duties of the President in his absent.
3. The duty of the director is to handle all the mission-related matters and contacting among the members.
4. The duly of secretary is to keep an accurate written record of all office work and supervise all paper work.
5. The duty of treasurer is to maintain complete and accurate records of all financial transactions of the organization.

CHAPTER 4 ELECTION AND TERM

Article 8
Election of the officers shall be determined by the consent of the members and nominations of the officers.
Article 9
The length of the officers' tenure is two years.

CHAPTER 5 MEETINGS

Article 10 (Meetings)
There shall be regularly scheduled meetings and special meetings upon request.
Other special meetings for officers may be held at the urging of the president.
Article 11 (Regular meeting)
Regular meetings will be held on the second Thursday of October every two years.

CHAPTER 6 (FINANCE)

Article 12
The monthly membership fee is $ 100. This membership fee is intended to use for mission and the cost of living for missionary. The Daegil church will support $ 1,000 per month until proper finance is obtained.
Article 13 (Special finance)
In special case, such as sending missionary, building churches and schools,members are requested to give a special contribution.
Article 14
Officers should approve to finance the missionaries and churches. Once in a year the treasure should give the financial reports to officers.

CHAPTER 7 (SERVICE)

Article 15 (service)
Members shall take care of the site of mission for more than a year and lead a seminar and give lectures while visiting there. The Director's personal secretary shall help them to assist in all relevant matters.

CHAPTER 8 BYLAWS

Article 16 (Amendments of constitution)
In order to amend the constitution, at least two-third of the members should present.
Articles 17
This incomplete constitution shall be subjected to all rules and regulations of YMBB.
Article 18
This constitution shall be effective upon approval.
