As the first missionary of YMBB, we at first helped them as the relief of the poor. In response to the desire of Mitali Halder, the members of the Daegil Church had made a united effort to help them purchase the land twice and extending the building several times. Although Siloam Church and an elementary school (about 150 people) are running in a slum near Kolkata Airport in India, they are not yet self-reliant, so most depend on external sponsorship. We are supporting three sister churches near the church. In the spring of 2021, her husband Pastor Halder collapsed from overwork and went to the hospital, but passed away after being infected with covid-19. Currently, she is working with her daughter Esther and her son-in-law, Pastor Santos.

He graduated from the William Carey Bible School and is the eldest of YMBB North Indian ministers. We are working hard for the missions of the minority groups in the poor rural area (Samuktala). Initially, the church site was prepared, and a few years later a building was built and a chapel converted to start an elementary school. A two-story building was built several years ago with the support of YMBB. It has now become a landmark in the town where he lives. Currently, about 150 students are studying, there are about 100 church members, and we are serving by planting 3 churches in neighboring villages. His condition is still poor, and he has a sick wife and only daughter.

Born in his hometown of Samuktala, he once wanted to become a politician, but decided to devote himself as a spiritual leader and studied at Korin Theological Seminary. He graduated with good grades and was offered a teaching assistantship, but has now dedicated himself as a leader in a local church. He has now planted 9 churches and is passionate about discipleship ministry. With the support of Compassion India, he ran after-school classrooms, but when he withdrew due to Indian policy, he set up his own school. In 2019, He started a secondary English school, and in 2020, with the support of YMBB, we expanded the second floor of the church, and built a dormitory to open the school.

This is Mrs Tshering Zangmo from Bhutan, when she was in High school, she has gone through harsh persecution for being Christian and finally she was denied readmission in the school by principal of the school. Since, then she decided to study theology and came to Bangalore in 1994 where she met Elder Lee Ki sup and he showed solidarity and supported her for B.Th studies in Kor-In Theological seminary. Today she is married with Rev. Keviyakho Khro from Nagaland and has 2 adopted kids (Esther and Elias) and presently serving with Child Evangelism Fellowship Bhutan. She has also contributed more than 1000 gospel messages in Dzongkha language for Radio broadcasting ministry. In the year 2011 Mrs Tshering Zangmo lead the ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship in the mountainous regions of Bhutan, a region that is barren for the gospel, she helped teachers start 'Good News Club¡¯ for kids in the areas where children had less opportunity to learn from Bible. She has trained more than 250 Sunday school teachers to start Sunday school in the underground home churches. She currently connects 30 local house churches in Bhutan and is activating online Good News clubs for kids during this Covid-19 crisis. She trains Sunday school and Good News Club teachers and teenage children to share gospel to their friends online via Zoom. Apart from Children ministry, they also have one church ( Doban Fellowship) in southern Bhutan whom they are looking after since 2012. Please continue to pray for the family and ministry.

While studying at Calvin Theological Seminary in Korea, he wanted to build a boarding school for orphans of minority ethnic groups in the village of 'Yuzana' in Yangon, Myanmar. At the same time, the parents of Daegil Church members who mourned the death of their son Kim Ha-gyu supported the purchase of Ha-gyu's house in Yujana Village. After that, the children grew up and completed a three-story building in 2016 with the support of YMBB and other philanthropists. In particular, thanks to the promotion and help of CTS, even now, monthly missionary donations are being sent to him. Currently, 43 people are living in the dormitory school, and by purchasing nearby farmland, they also farm vegetables and raise pigs.

Korin Theological Seminary was established by the late missionary Lee Ki-seop, the first lay missionary of the Presbyterian Church of Korea, GMS at Bengalore in South India. It is one of the most prestigious seminaries in South India, with 17 buildings built on 3.3 hectares of land by the help of the National Association of Man Evangelies in Korea and various churches, institutions, and philanthropists. The elementary, middle, and high English schools are evaluated as a prestigious school with 700 students, and Korin Theological Seminary is also an ATA-accredited seminary with facilities and faculty. Due to the poor environment in India, many churches and philanthropists are still serving, but more prayers and support are needed. The portraits in the photo are the late founder Lee Ki-seop, the current dean Dr. Shreshi (sent from Hyerim Church), and the chairperson Elder Suyong Choi (former vice-president).

As the only Korean missionary to the YMBB, she is currently an American citizen, serving missions and teaching lectures in various places around the world. She was initially sent as a medical missionary to a certain region in the Middle East, then moved to the United States and started a family. She is the protagonist of the story of successfully raising three siblings with only faith and the God¡¯s word, despite the hardships that followed. However, she is a itinerant YMBB missionary who humbly spares no effort only for missionary work.
